Interview Questions & Answers
Interviews feel scary because they feel unpredictable. The truth is, most interviews use the same handful of questions. Prepare for those and you'll walk in calm.
'Tell me about yourself.' Keep it to your professional story in about a minute: where you've been, what you're good at, and what you're looking for now.
'What's your greatest weakness?' Be honest but show growth. Pick something real and explain how you're working on it.
'Tell me about a time you...' These are behavioural questions. Use the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Have three or four solid stories ready.
'Why do you want this job?' Show you understand the company and role, and connect it to what you genuinely want. Employers can tell when you mean it.
The secret isn't memorizing perfect answers. It's practicing enough that you sound like a confident version of yourself. That's what we do in mock interviews.
