How to Write a Warehouse Resume

I spent time on warehouse floors, so I'll say this plainly: warehouse work takes skill, stamina and reliability. Your resume needs to prove all three.

Lead with what you can do: forklift operation, picking and packing, inventory systems, shipping and receiving, safety compliance. Be specific about equipment and software you've used.

Numbers matter. 'Picked 300+ orders per shift with 99% accuracy' says far more than 'responsible for picking orders'. Employers love proof.

Highlight reliability. Perfect attendance, safety records, and being trusted with responsibility all speak volumes in this field.

If you're brand new, that's fine. Lean on transferable strengths: showing up, working hard, learning fast, and being a good teammate. I can help you frame it right.
